1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 466bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 466bd website at https://466bd.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered via 466bd, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot titles, promotional bonuses, and all payment transactions processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

466bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 466bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be considered the authoritative version.

1.3 Additional Policies

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 466bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 466bd.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 466bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not expressly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a current employee or director of 466bd or any of its affiliated companies.
• You do not hold any existing 466bd account that has been suspended, closed, or permanently excluded.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions.

2.1 Age Verification Process

466bd employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all players. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before your first withdrawal is processed. 466bd may, at its discretion, request KYC documentation at any earlier stage, including immediately upon registration.

Any account found to be held by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account will be forfeited, and any winnings generated will be void. 466bd will not be liable for any losses incurred by underage players who misrepresent their age to gain access to the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

466bd is designed and operated to serve players based in Bangladesh. The Platform is available in English and all transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to them in their place of residence or access. 466bd makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming or betting on 466bd, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. 466bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or outdated, and to void any transactions or winnings associated with such an account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 466bd at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended.
• Any bonus funds or promotional credits in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be voided.
• The player may be permanently excluded from the 466bd Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 466bd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 466bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account for additional security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 466bd immediately at [email protected]. 466bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may close your 466bd account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 466bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 466bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 466bd account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 466bd, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are not subject to any processing fee from 466bd; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees, for which 466bd accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different individual — are not permitted and will be reversed where detected. Balances funded by third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during the 466bd support window (9:00 AM – 11:59 PM BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside of support hours will be processed on the next working day within the support window.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process a withdrawal until all required documents have been submitted and approved. 466bd reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.

4.3 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial services provider without first contacting 466bd support to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 466bd reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, forfeit any outstanding balance, and pursue recovery of the charged-back amount through all available legal means.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

466bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed on the relevant promotional page and must be read carefully before opting in.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 466bd are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be met through qualifying real-money gameplay before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotional page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. 18+
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Players who hold multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus and will have all bonus credits forfeited.
• 466bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering requirements, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions, or combined unless explicitly permitted in the promotional terms.

5.3 Free Bets

Free bet credits awarded as part of a promotion may be used only on sports betting markets as specified in the relevant offer terms. Free bet stakes are not included in any return — only net winnings above the free bet stake are credited to your real-money balance. Free bets expire at the time stated in the promotional terms.

5.4 Promotional Changes

466bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and partially met the wagering requirement, 466bd will make reasonable efforts to honour the promotion on a pro-rata basis or provide an equivalent alternative offer. Such decisions are made at 466bd's sole discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, and slot game activity on 466bd is governed by the specific game and betting rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game or betting market.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered at 466bd's sole discretion. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. A bet is considered accepted only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the Platform. Verbal commitments or partial inputs that have not been confirmed do not constitute accepted bets. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended or refused during critical moments of play.

For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — the result used to settle a bet is the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or postponed, 466bd's published cricket betting rules determine the settlement outcome. Players are advised to review these rules prior to placing bets on weather-affected or rain-interrupted matches.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games on 466bd are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface as provided by the relevant studio. 466bd acts as the player account holder and financial settlement provider; the game operator is responsible for the conduct and integrity of the live game itself.

6.3 Slot Games

Slot games are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Each game's paytable, Return to Player (RTP) percentage, and special feature rules are displayed within the game interface. RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game result, or incorrect payout, 466bd reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. 466bd will not honour payouts that result from obvious technical errors regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of the bet or game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 466bd Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the Platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access the Platform using your account credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 466bd account.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not permitted by these Terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion in a way that gives any party an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to structured wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the 466bd Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 466bd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks against 466bd transactions without first following the Platform's dispute resolution process.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Discovery of any such vulnerability must be reported to 466bd immediately and must not be used to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward 466bd staff or other players via any channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

466bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero real-money balance.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring closure.

8.1 Consequences of Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at 466bd's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus balances will always be forfeited upon closure for cause. 466bd will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from such closure.

8.2 Consequences of Closure at Player Request

Where a player requests voluntary account closure for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 466bd will notify the player by email before applying any inactivity fee or initiating account closure procedures. Any real-money balance remaining in an inactive account will be held for a further period as required by applicable consumer protection standards before being released.

8.4 Disputes and Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the suspension or closure. 466bd will review your appeal and respond within 14 working days. During the appeal period, the account will remain suspended. If your appeal is upheld, your account will be reinstated and any improperly forfeited balance will be restored.
